Possible Delays
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
SHOPTHEMAG provides all necessary order, shipment, and product information, to our international carrier, and this information may be communicated by the carrier to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from SHOPTHEMAG, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SHOPTHEMAG. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. SHOPTHEMAG has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or when they may be changed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

However, if an item does not fit you, you may request for a one-for-one size exchange. If stock is available, shipping on the new-size item back to you is complimentary from SHOPTHEMAG.
If stock is not available, the total amount of the merchandise will be refunded to you as a store credit and you may use it to make another purchase within six months from time of issue. Note: Shipping on this new item will be borne by the customer.

| • | Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shipping charges on rejected returns are borne by the customer. |
| • | Merchandise should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags and SHOPTHEMAG tags still attached. Merchandise without the SHOPTHEMAG tag strictly cannot be returned. |
| • | Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition and it should be protected as the box is considered part of the full merchandise. Damages to or omission of this box will result in a fee. |
| • | Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. |
| • | Returns are not allowed on merchandise won in SHOPTHEMAG giveaways and contests. |
| • | Only the final amount of the merchandise is refundable. |
| • | Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
| • | Final Sale items may not be returned. |

Late Returns
Returns that are made after the 5-day deadline (Singapore) or 15-day deadline (International) may be accepted only at the discretion of SHOPTHEMAG. Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer and all delivery costs and import fees and taxes incurred for deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged to the customer.
